Press Help at the top of Handover Pro for help with the page you are on, a short tour of it, and good practice for your part in a handover.

Licence keys
Keys arrive by email after payment and are kept under My Account > Licence keys in the APPS 365 shop. Site owners enter them in Handover Pro under Settings > Licence.
Free trial
Try every feature for 14 days, up to three handovers at a time. Start a free trial and the key is issued straight away.
Security reviews
What Handover Pro reads, where records are kept and what it sends. Security and privacy has the detail for a DPIA.
What to send us
So we can help first time, include:
- The Handover Pro version, shown at the foot of the Help panel.
- Your tenant ID, shown under Settings > Licence, if your question is about a licence.
- The address of the site Handover Pro runs in, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
- The exact message on screen, or a screenshot.
Please do not send handover content, interview answers or files. We never need them to help, and Handover Pro keeps them in your own SharePoint.
Common questions
Set up this site does not appear
Only owners of the site see Set up this site. Ask an owner to open the page, or make the person who will run handovers an owner of the site.
The licence still says Evaluation
Open Settings > Licence as a site owner and press Enter licence key. Each key is made for one Microsoft 365 tenant, and some for one site or site collection only: Settings shows the tenant ID and the site a key is for, so you can check it matches.
Someone cannot open a handover
Only the people taking part and the site's owners can open a handover. Check the person is named in it, and that they can open the site, or share the page with them.
Links open the wrong page in Teams
In a Teams tab, edit the web part and set Page address for links to the SharePoint page that shows Handover Pro.
Updates
Updates are included while your licence runs. New versions are published to Microsoft AppSource and the SharePoint Store, and to customers who install the package themselves. The administrator guide explains how to update and what each release changes.
